If you’re organising travel for a group, the easiest answer is usually one minibus and one driver rather than a convoy of cars or a scattering of taxis. We provide group minibus hire across Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees, Darlington and the wider Teesside area for almost any occasion — day trips, club outings, family gatherings, work socials, birthdays and nights out — with vehicles from 5 to 16 seats and DBS-checked drivers on every job.
One minibus for the whole group
Keeping everyone together makes the whole thing simpler: the group sets off and arrives together, nobody has to drive, and there’s no waiting around for lifts that turn up at different times. It also takes the pressure off whoever usually ends up organising the transport for everyone else. Sports clubs, social clubs, families and workplaces all book us regularly for exactly this reason. If you’re not sure which size you need, see our fleet options or just tell us your numbers when you request a quote.
Nights out, birthdays and Christmas parties
December is one of our busiest months, with offices and teams booking transport for Christmas parties so colleagues can be collected from work or home and brought back safely afterwards. The same applies year-round for birthdays, leaving dos and general work socials, where a shared minibus is simpler and more sociable than everyone arranging their own way there. Travelling together tends to set the tone for the evening before you’ve even arrived, and it means the group stays together for the whole night rather than splitting up along the way.
Day trips and group outings
Group bookings aren’t only about evenings out. We regularly run day trips to the North Yorkshire coast, race meetings at Redcar and further afield, shows and concerts, and sporting fixtures — for sporting events specifically we can plan around kick-off and full-time. For a day out, we’ll agree a set return time or a flexible collection window so you’re not watching the clock.
Door-to-door, with as many stops as you need
We can build multiple pickups into one route, so the group doesn’t have to converge on a single meeting point before you set off. The same applies at the end — let us know your rough finish time and we’ll arrange the return journey, or agree a flexible window if plans are likely to shift. Either way, everyone gets dropped close to home rather than being left to find their own way back once the group splits up.
